FULL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
We provide a full architectural service, from initial brief to completion. We work closely with all stakeholders throughout the process and RIBA design stages, producing a considered and detailed design approach, documentation, and coordination of the design team consultants, acting as lead designer. We deal with local authorities and any regulatory requirements, through to on site support and project handover.

INTERIOR DESIGN
With vast experience, our dedicated design team can design and develop your space to meet your requirements and exceed your expectations. From design concept, through to FF&E specification and cost management, we can provide you a solution that works for you within budget and programme.

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Acting on behalf of the client and taking on the role of Principal designer, providing the contractor with pre-construction information package, consulting statutory bodies and liaising on site to ensure all parties are protected and meeting the requirements of the HSE. On site documentation, reports and the submission of the final health and safety on project completion.

CONCEPT AND FEASIBILITY
At SDA we pride ourselves on our experience in design on projects big or small, and spread across the world. We can work on the feasibility of a design as part of the overall project, or stand alone, to set the direction of the project at an early stage, efficiently. This enables our clients to budget and develop their strategy for the overall project.

MODEL AND VISUALISATION
Using state of the art software SDA can create photo-realistic visualisation and 3D modelling of your project design. This is an increasingly important element to the overall design process. The modelling and visualisation allow the design to go through creative and collaborative process, giving our clients input and allowing them to see their design clearly.
